∞ Judge orders Joseph Edward Duncan III to undergo mental evaluation
Before he’ll approve Jet Duncan’s request to represent himself in his death penalty hearing trial, Judge Edward Lodge wants Duncan to undergo a psychological evaluation.
Duncan, you see, believes his attorneys will not “ethically represent” his “ideology.”
Good to know a serial killer and sadistic child rapist is so concerned about his lawyers’ ethics.
I say let him do it. Duncan is intelligent, but chances are he’ll pretty much be putting the leads together and juicing up the generator, putting the noose around his neck, loading the syringes — whatever they do to kill monsters like him on Idaho’s death row.
